<p>Capacité d’une Entreprise à effectuer des travaux sous rayonnements ionisants et à satisfaire aux exigences réglementaires applicables.</p>
<p><strong>Le CEFRI « I »</strong></p>
<p>Capacité d’une Entreprise de Travail Temporaire à mettre à disposition des travailleurs qui effectuent des travaux sous rayonnements ionisants et à satisfaire aux exigences réglementaires applicables.</p>
<p>Ces reconnaissance se basent sur l’évaluation des dispositifs organisationnels mis en place permettant de respecter en permanence les exigences de la spécification «E» ou « I » du CEFRI et, plus particulièrement, le suivi médical et dosimétrique et la formation du personnel.</p>

<p>«un référent en matière de lutte contre le harcèlement sexuel et les agissements sexistes est désigné par le comité social et économique parmi ses membres, sous la forme d’une résolution adoptée selon les modalités définies à l’article L. 2315-32, pour une durée qui prend fin avec celle du mandat des membres élus du comité».</p>
<p>Le référent harcèlement sexuel est donc désigné parmi les membres du CSE, pour la durée du mandat des membres élus au comité. Il a pour mission de lutter contre le harcèlement sexuel et les agissements sexistes au sein de l’entreprise, à l’aide de plusieurs moyens.</p>

<p>« Les membres de la délégation du personnel du comité social et économique et le référent prévu au dernier alinéa de l’article L. 2314- 1 bénéficient de la formation nécessaire à l’exercice de leurs missions en matière de santé, de sécurité et de conditions de travail prévues au chapitre II du présent titre, dans des conditions déterminées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.</p>
<p>Le financement de la formation prévue à l’alinéa précédent est pris en charge par l’employeur dans des conditions prévues par décret en Conseil d’Etat. »</p>
